What we collect today
This site does not currently have visitor accounts, registration forms, or comments. We do not run analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking scripts. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us directly:
- Email correspondence — if you email hello@nordicelevated.com, we keep that correspondence (your address, name if given, and message) for as long as needed to respond and keep a record of the conversation.
- Standard server logs — like most websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically logs technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting. These logs are not linked to an identity.
Cookies
As a visitor browsing this site, you are not served any tracking or advertising cookies. WordPress sets its own session cookies only for logged-in administrators managing the site; if you don’t have a staff account, none of these apply to you.
Event registration (coming soon)
Nordic Elevated is building a self-service registration system for event attendees, which will involve creating an account and submitting event-specific details (such as your name, company, and meeting preferences). This policy will be updated with full details on what’s collected, how it’s used, and how attendee data is kept private before that feature goes live.
Who we share data with
We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Our website hosting provider processes data on our behalf solely to keep the site running (e.g. server logs above).
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (for example, past email correspondence) at any time by emailing hello@nordicelevated.com.
